Shipments are made throughout Europe using couriers.

The shipping cost varies depending on the item and the area where the buyer is located.

Shipping costs are:

  • For Italy the cost is €9.90 VAT included.
  • For the United Kingdom the cost is €30.00 VAT incl.
  • For the rest of Europe the cost is €25.00 VAT included.

For Italian territory, the shipping cost is borne by us (InCut) if the order is a cutting board.

In any case, over €35 purchase, shipping is free

The cost of shipping a cutting board outside Italy is the list price and does not include any customs duties.

Each amount includes any taxation (excluding duties)

Order processing times are generally:

  • 3 - 4 working days for available products
  • 2 - 3 working weeks for pre-ordered or unavailable or custom-made products

For pre-order products or products sold at 0 stock (i.e. not available at the time of purchase) or customized requests, shipping can take place within a maximum of 30 days, after which the customer will be fully refunded.

In any case, the customer will be informed of any changes in the status of the product.

In the event of products being sold out but already paid for, the customer will be informed of the status of the order and will be free to release himself from the contract and receive a refund if he does not want to wait for the purchased item to return to stock.

The shipment of products paid using the Bank Deposit method (Bank Transfer) is subject to delays, as the management of the order will be taken over when the amount is available at our bank and from that moment the order it will be processed within the usual 3 - 4 working days.


Shipping is always carried out with the help of national couriers (or international for shipments outside Italian national territories)

The couriers frequently used are:

  • Poste Italiane (national)
  • SDA (national)
  • GLS (national)
  • Bartolini (national and European)
  • DHL (European)
  • UPS (European)

The choice is made based on the courier's offer which presents a better cost/quality.

In any case, each shipment will be tracked and the tracking code delivered to the customer.

Shipping times may vary depending on the customer's location but in general they are:

  • 2 - 6 working days for Italy
  • 4 - 10 working days for the rest of Europe

In any case, please wait at least 15 days before contacting customer service.


The package of each product is designed to protect its contents in the best possible way.

We pay attention to every order regardless of the type of packaging used which can also be reused, with a view to recycling and respect for the environment.

But despite the care taken in packaging orders, it may happen that couriers or transport in general can cause damage to the package which does not necessarily compromise its contents.

Upon receipt we strongly recommend that you view the condition of the package and sign with reservation if it shows:

  • Abrasions
  • Tears
  • Evident tampering
  • Removing the tape used for packaging
  • Cuts
  • Open corners
  • Signs of humidity

We are always available in case of problems, but in the event of problems not attributable to our workmanship we need to demonstrate the origin of the damage in order to receive a refund from the courier and to avoid extending the time needed to manage the dispute with you.
