Refunds

Our company, in line with the national and European provisions, grants the right of withdrawal for 14 days.

In this time phase which begins when the customer receives the item from the courier, the customer can use it at any time and for any reason.

Returns for reasons other than replacement or reimbursement of items with construction problems will receive a partial refund, ie with the exclusion of the sums paid for the shipment of the package to our office.

For construction problems, the return or replacement will be completely free and we will try to intervene as soon as possible to apologize for the inconvenience suffered.

Obviously we pay maximum attention and care to each product, but it can happen that sometimes these are not enough.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply write to us at the e-mail info@incut.it or use our contact form on the " Contact " page and enter the order data present in the order confirmation email, so to be able to speed up the procedures as much as possible.

There are some cases in which it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal:

• Custom products
• Custom products
• Orders invoiced to subjects/entities with a VAT number

If a product belonging to one of the previous categories, at the time of receipt, is damaged, we will still be available to find a solution that can leave you as serene as possible.

We would like to remind you that ours is a handcrafted product and a large part of its production is manual, furthermore the starting material (raw wood) does not allow a manufacturing without defects and tolerances therefore the products that will present slight dimensional defects or due to the very nature of the wood, production errors will not be considered.
