PAYMENT
Are payments safe?
Obviously yes!
During checkout you can choose the payment method you prefer, we have several available.
We have no control over your money and the amount will be safe and you can request a refund directly using the banking app you used.
Can I pay in installments?
Certainly!
On our shop you can use PayPal to pay for your cutting board in 3 installments.
Very convenient, right?
I can pay with bank transfer?
Certain!
During the checkout phase you can choose different payment methods and one of these is "Bank Deposit".
Once selected, you will see our bank details on the next screen and you can make the transfer from your favorite banking app or in any other way.
However, remember that if you use this payment method, your order may be delayed for a few days due to the processing of the payment by our bank.
SHIPPING
How much does a shipment cost?
Shipping to Italy for all cutting boards is free.
In any case, even when purchasing accessories, shipping is free for orders over €35.
In Europe shipping has different costs:
- €25 for all countries in Europe
- €30 for the UK
How soon will my product be shipped?
Usually the products in stock are limited in quantity, as we prefer to make it when it is ordered to prevent the cutting board from suffering accidents therefore for the ordered cutting boards it usually takes a few days for production, i.e.:
- 2 - 4 days for classic chopping boards
- 10 - 15 days for professional chopping boards
- 10 - 15 days for customized chopping boards
In any case you will always be updated on your chopping board!
How is my chopping board shipped?
Our chopping boards are like our children: we take the utmost care from creation to packaging!
We specially create a wooden reinforced parcel for the larger, bespoke chopping boards and have secure cardboard packaging for the smaller chopping boards or accessories.
We then entrust the package to a trusted express courier who will usually be:
- Poste Italiane / SDA
- GLS
- Bartolini
- TNT extension
- UPS
The transit time in Italy is usually 2-3 days, while for the rest of Europe it can be up to 14 days.
Is the package tracked?
Certainly, each package will be provided with its own tracking number with which it will be possible to follow the movements of the package.
Normally the code is active from the day after taking charge of the courier.
I have not received my package, what can I do?
It doesn't happen, but if it does our customer service is always ready to solve problems!
We like to establish a relationship with our customers, so you will not be abandoned in this circumstance.
Simply get in touch with us either via our contact form or by calling us or using the WhatsApp icon on every page of the site.
My package arrived damaged, what can I do?
Alas sometimes it can happen.
But we will do our best to solve this problem too!
But in any case, the right strategy is to report the problem from the beginning, that is, when you receive the package you should note if the package is intact or has damage such as:
- Abrasions
- Tear
- Breakups
- Packing tape tampering
- Signs of humidity
- Package defects
And in these cases, sign with reserve!
Immediately afterwards you will need to report the incident to us using one of the channels made available to get in touch with us and we will find a solution as soon as possible!

How do I request a refund?
We do not have a page dedicated to requesting a refund as it is very difficult for us to be asked for it, but in any case it is very simple:
You will simply have to contact us with one of the many ways that we have made available to you, such as:

- Whatsapp icon
By specifying your need to receive assistance for a product and we will try to solve your problem as quickly as possible!
Can I request a refund?
Yes, certainly!
But under some conditions.
In fact, we cannot accept return and refund requests for made-to-measure or personalized cutting boards unless they have production errors and defects.
But in any case we are always ready to find a solution that makes you happy so don't hesitate to contact us if you want to request a refund!

How do I request a refund?

I bought a made-to-measure/personalised chopping board but changed my mind, what can I do?
Unfortunately for this type of product we cannot grant returns or full refunds, but we are available to find a solution with you that can satisfy your need.

PRODUCTS
My product is different from the one in the photo!
Unless you have received a different product due to our mistake (in which case you will have to contact us immediately), the photos on the site are demonstrative as each product is unique and has always different veins and characteristics.
For this reason, each cutting board can never be the same as the previous one and each cutting board will be a unique and unrepeatable piece of art!
The dimensions of my chopping board are different from those written on the site!
Ours is a completely handmade product!
We don't have industrial machinery that can guarantee a very high level of precision and the starting raw material does not allow total control, for this reason our cutting boards can undergo tolerances that are specified on each product page.
This is also true for custom-made chopping boards which may suffer tolerances compared to what was agreed.
If the chopping board you received falls within the tolerances you accepted during the purchase, we will not be able to evaluate that difference as a production defect, otherwise we will take immediate action to resolve the situation, you just have to let us know by contacting us!
How can I personalize my chopping board?
We provide different ways of customization.
In fact, you can both create a cutting board from scratch according to your needs, and engrave and personalize one of the pre-existing models in our catalog with your dedication.
